Our patent-pending inline foam concrete pumping system
GS Foam Concrete Ltd is proud to introduce our patent-pending inline foam concrete pumping system—a major innovation designed to transform on-site foamed concrete production.
Developed over more than two years by our in-house engineering team, this advanced unit enables high-volume foamed concrete output from fewer ready-mix deliveries, improving efficiency while lowering project costs and environmental impact.
How does it work?
Base material is discharged directly into the pump hopper, where the foaming admixture is introduced inline as the material travels through the pipeline. An onboard computer precisely controls the dosage required to achieve the specified wet density and automatically adjusts in real time if readings move outside tolerance, ensuring consistent performance throughout every pour.
From a single 7m³ base-mix delivery, depending on the required wet density, the system can produce up to 25m³ of foamed concrete, or approximately 10m³ for a lighter density application which dramatically increases foam concrete volume from each load.
Key benefits
Significantly fewer truck deliveries
Reduced time on site and faster project completion
Lower carbon emissions and improved sustainability
Reduced manual handling and staff fatigue
Lower overall project costs through increased output efficiency
For complete quality assurance, wet density is continuously monitored by the onboard computer and a secondary inline verification device fitted within the delivery pipeline, with an additional optional verification check available at the discharge point. These real-time controls provide clients with full confidence that the material supplied consistently meets specification.
The result: faster pours, fewer deliveries, and smarter, more efficient foamed concrete supply.
